Straightforward fees for each step.
No software, no subscriptions, no hidden retainers. Pricing is set per step so you only pay for what you need — or bundle steps into a retainer once you know federal is worth pursuing. Our services are scoped based on where you are in the federal contracting process — from assessment and NAICS alignment to capability statements, market research, capture management, proposal writing, back-office support, and financing connections.
Fit Assessment
A 45-minute structured conversation. You leave with a candid read on whether federal is worth pursuing this year.
Foundational work
Flat fee, paid once. Usually done together as the Fit & Positioning bundle.
NAICS Code Alignment
Audit current codes, model alternatives, set the positioning your capability statement will defend.
Capability Statements
A one-page, federal buyer-facing positioning document built for contracting officers, prime contractors, and procurement conversations — clear, code-aligned, and backed by real differentiators. Not a graphic-design item.
Market Research
Market size for your NAICS code, which agencies buy the most of it, and which procurement vehicles they use.
Fit & Positioning Bundle
Assessment + NAICS Code Alignment + Capability Statement + Market Research, done together.
Capture Management (Forecasting)
Ongoing tracking of agency forecasts for work not yet released as an RFP/RFQ, so you're positioned before the solicitation drops. Monitoring is continuous, so it is priced monthly rather than as a one-time fee.
Proposal Writing
A modest flat prep fee covers the work itself, billed regardless of outcome — plus a smaller success fee that only applies if the proposal is awarded. We do not charge fees that are contingent solely on winning the contract.
| Estimated contract value | Flat prep fee | Success fee (if awarded) |
|---|---|---|
| Under $250K | $1,500 | 3% |
| $250K – $1M | $2,500 | 2% |
| $1M – $5M | $3,500 | 1% |
| $5M+ | Negotiated | 0.75% |
Flat prep fee due at proposal start. Success fee applies only to the awarded contract value, only if awarded.
